What Mindshift Lab stores, and why. Last updated 04 November 2026.
What we store
- Account: email, display name, a password hash (never the password itself), sign-up date and sign-up IP.
- Play: start and end time of each run and its score, your points log and daily rewards, and cash-out requests with their payout email.
- Support: your message, name, email and the IP it came from.
Why
To run accounts, credit points, prevent fraud and duplicate accounts, send payouts and answer messages. Game scores are used only for that; we build no profile of your abilities. We sell no data and show no third-party ads.
Sharing
PayPal or the gift card provider receive only what a payout needs. Authorities receive data only when the law requires it.
Cookies
One essential session cookie keeps you logged in and protects forms from abuse. Fonts, scripts and images load from our own server.
How long
As long as your account exists, then only as long as accounting duties and fraud checks require.
