Referral tags
Each “Check availability” link leads to a hotel's official site, possibly with a referral tag attached. Reserve after clicking and a partner might send us a fee; what you pay stays identical.
Commission funds the notebook
Those fees finance the site. We never pretend to earn nothing, nor do we disguise which buttons might pay.
Where the publisher stands
Full disclosure first: Northfield Park Associates LLC, our publisher, operates a casino venue in Northfield, Ohio. It has no guest rooms, so it has no place in a hotel list and is left out. Ownership of the ten hotels lies with others. Only MGM Grand Detroit breaks that independence. It answers to MGM Resorts International, which is also our publisher's parent group, so its card is tagged “Sister property (same parent group)”. Editors placed all ten, and the publisher keeps a commercial interest in the region.
Out of commission's reach
Fees cannot move a hotel up or down, edit a card's facts, or soften its warnings on charges and age limits. Inclusion is not for sale.
How outbound buttons are coded
Hotel buttons launch a separate tab and carry rel=“sponsored noopener”. Reservation platforms and online gambling services receive no links from this notebook.
